REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY (RMT)
RMTs are skilled professionals with a deep understanding of the body’s complexities, offering effective treatments for persistent pain and dysfunction.
Some of the techniques our therapists may use are: swedish, petrissage, myofascial release, trigger point release, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), stretching/strengthening, MET (muscle energy technique), PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), joint mobilization.

STUDENT MASSAGE THERAPY
YOU CANNOT BILL TO EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS, as the students are not yet a Registered Massage Therapist.
This treatment is provided by a student currently enrolled in an accredited Massage Therapy Program and completing their clinical hours under the mentorship of a Registered Massage Therapist.
The student is developing skills in addressing muscle tension, post-activity recovery, and general soft-tissue discomfort. Sessions may include a mix of relaxation and therapeutic techniques.
