Meet The Team

Micayla C, Registered Massage Therapist, Clinic Owner

Micayla graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2019. While she is does not take on any new clients, she encourages you to book with one of her trusted fellow RMTs at the clinic.

With a lifelong background in sports and years of coaching and training at CrossFit Kilgard, Micayla has developed a strong understanding of human movement and the body’s complexities. I support my clients through sore, overworked, and injured muscles—supporting recovery, performance, and long-term movement.

Her approach to treatment is rooted in therapeutic, results-focused massage, while still integrating relaxation techniques when appropriate. She is certified in IASTM and incorporates a variety of techniques such as trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, stretching, myofascial work, and deep tissue therapy.

Micayla opened Revive and Align Therapy Clinic to create a space where high-quality, client-focused care could thrive—bringing together skilled practitioners who share her commitment to movement, recovery, and helping people feel their best.

Craig J, Registered Massage Therapist

Craig is a graduate from the Mastery Level RMT program at WCCMT in 2024. Which has been North America’s premier RMT education and training centre for over 40 years.

Craig takes a client-focused, results-driven approach to massage therapy, beginning each session with an assessment to understand not just where discomfort is present, but why it’s happening. He tailors every treatment to the individual—adjusting pressure, techniques, and pacing based on your goals, activity level, and how your body responds that day. His favourite technique being Hot Stones.

While Craig takes his education and treatments seriously, his easy-going personality and sense of humour help clients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their session. Outside the clinic, he volunteers as a firefighter in Mission, enjoys spending time outdoors, doing a variety of things his 4 year old enjoys, like swimming, soccer and reading, and occasionally unwinds by trying new restaurants and breweries.
