Cancellation Policy

We truly value your time and your trust in us, and we also appreciate that our team’s time is important too. To make sure we can provide the best care for every client and keep our schedule running smoothly, we’ve created the following cancellation policy.

Advance Notice:

We request that you try to provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment.

No-Show Fee:

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, a fee of 100% will be charged.
